The short version
I'm a hands-on IT builder based in Sydney. I came up managing ICT for a national engineering firm, then built Alien IT Solutions, running our own infrastructure, hosting, phone systems and managed support for businesses across New South Wales.
I'm not a reseller reading from a script. I design the system, build it, and I'm the one who picks up when it matters. That's the whole point, and it's why people stay.
